UK returns 
We are delighted to offer complimentary returns in the UK. If you have misplaced the returns slip from your package, you can generate a new returns label here.

 

1. Fill in the returns form (That arrived within your parcel, If you are missing, contact our customer service team here: enquiries@wyselondon.co.uk )

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Return or exchange your items within 14 days of receipt, provided that the item is returned in its original condition with all tags still attached. 
Christmas Returns 
Full price items can be returned to us by Friday 8th January 2021. All sale items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO RETURN/EXCHANGE
1. Fill in the returns form and specify with a tick if you want an exchange or refund. 
2. Specify the reason(s) by entering the corresponding numbers from the list below.
3. For exchanges write the replacement item’s size, colour and name.
4. Peel off the pre-paid label and stick it on your package.
5. Detach the returns table from this slip and include it in the package. 
6. Take your package to a post office.
7. Returns can take to 2-3 working days to be delivered to us. We will then process your return within 10 - 14 days of receipt. We will email you to confirm the return. 
REASON CODES
1. Ordered more than one colour or size 6. Quality not as expected
2. Looks different to image on website 7. Faulty (please give details)
3. Doesn’t suit 8. Incorrect Item
4. Too Big 9. Parcel arrived late
5. Too Small 10. Exchange
11. Other
FURTHER INFORMATION
Refunds will be for the same value of the item, honouring any discount or promotion that has been applied. If an item is out of stock at the time the exchange is processed, we will issue a refund instead.
