Christmas Returns

Full price items can be returned to us by Friday 8th January 2021. All sale items must be returned within 14 days of purchase. 

Standard Returns Policy 

If you are unhappy with your purchase, we are willing to provide an exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned to us unused, in the original condition and with all tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back. Please note that it can take up to 14 days from returning the item to receiving your refund.

UK returns 
We are delighted to offer complimentary returns in the UK. If you have misplaced the returns slip from your package, you can generate a new returns label here.

Rest of the World Returns 
For orders outside of the UK it is the customer's responsibility to pay the return postage. We recommend that you gain proof of postage for your returned item, as we cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit. Returned postage charges will only be refunded if the item is damaged or faulty. In this instance, please inform us within 24 hrs of delivery by email ( to arrange for a replacement to be sent.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

We are able to provide exchanges for the same product in a different colour or size. All amendments are subject to stock availability. Under certain circumstances a credit note can be issued. For more information please email
