Returns Policy

Standard Returns Policy 

If you are unhappy with your purchase, we are willing to provide an exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned to us unused, in the original condition and with all tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back. Please note that once your parcel arrives at our warehouse it can take up to 14 days to receive your refund.

During the pandemic it will take longer for us to receive your returned goods. We apologise for the inconvenience caused but we are working as hard as possible to process returns as quickly as possible. It takes approximately 14 business days for a return to be processed however this may take longer during the coronavirus outbreak.

UK returns 
We are delighted to offer complimentary returns in the UK, our returns process is now operated through DPD.

Please make sure to write your order number on your pre-paid DPD label, peel off and stick on your package. You will find your nearest pickup shop at www.dpd.co.uk/pickuplocator where you can drop off your parcel, you will then be given a receipt so you can track it. *If you share your mobile number with DPD they will text you when your parcel is returned – just add it in store when prompted*

Rest of the World Returns 
For orders outside of the UK it is the customer's responsibility to pay the return postage including all tax and duties that are applicable. We recommend that you gain proof of postage for your returned item, as we cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit.

International customers must clearly mark their return packages “British Return Goods” with a domestic value of £0.00, as your returned items are not applicable to Duty once they reach the UK. Please ensure you mark your parcel with £0.00, otherwise Wyse London will be charged custom duty, VAT and a clearance fee on your returned order. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Returned postage charges will only be refunded if the item is damaged or faulty. In this instance, please inform us within 24 hrs of delivery by email (enquiries@wyselondon.co.uk) to arrange for a replacement to be sent.

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Exchanges  
We are able to provide exchanges for the same product in a different colour or size. All amendments are subject to stock availability. Under certain circumstances a credit note can be issued. For more information please email enquiries@wyselondon.co.uk
