Now Hiring - Sales Coordinator
We are looking for a dynamic SC to contribute to the achievement of sales targets by supporting the Wholesale sales department and the E-Commerce department.
You will coordinate ales activities and maintain good customer relationships. The SC responsibilities include supporting sales, ensuring order satisfaction, coordinating with other depts, handling administrative duties and promoting customer satisfaction.
You should have excellent organisational, administrative and problem-solving skills. You should also possess strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Working as key member of the Sales team, collating and updating customer database, contacting customers to place orders and arrange appointments
- Handle all calls, emails and messages for the Wholesale and E-commerce business
- Input all WS sales orders accurately on the system and issue sales order confirmations
- Liaise with Production Team on WS sales order requirements and communicate efficiently regarding delivery schedules
- Ensure all WS orders are despatched efficiently from warehouse and manage invoice reporting procedure
- Communicate with all WS customers on payment terms, delivery schedules and advise of any delays/changes to schedule
- Develop a system to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance team- including any potential bad debt exposure
- Work with Sales and Finance team to produce a seasonal sales forecast for WS business and monitor performance regularly
- Actively take part in selling campaigns in showroom or other location to promote the brand and gain orders
- Assist in other activities with the rest of the team as required
